São Paulo - A Coreia do Norte atacou e explodiu um escritório localizado na cidade de Kaesong, que faz fronteira com a vizinha Coreia do Sul. O local foi construído como uma medida para tentar amenizar as tensões entre os países e era responsável pela relação entre as nações.

O Ministério da Unificação, que trata da tentativa de paz entre as nações, disse, em nota, que o ataque aconteceu por volta das 14h49 (horário local). Ninguém estava no local no momento da explosão, uma vez que o prédio estava fechado desde janeiro por conta da pandemia de Covid-19.

A tensão entre os dois países piorou depois que a Coreia do Norte ameaçou cortar relações com a vizinha após folhetos que criticavam Kim Jong-un, líder norte-coreano, terem sido jogados no território.
